Tequila Ocho was founded in 2008 by fifth-generation agave farmer and third-generation tequilero Carlos Camarena, and famed tequila ambassador Tomas Estes, the man responsible for bringing tequila culture to Europe. Inspired by the heritage and process surrounding fine wine, their shared mission was to prove that terroir exists in tequila by creating a spirit that reflects the pure character of blue Weber agave and the land in which it grows.
