Shipping Policy

Licensed Shipping Territory

We are a New York State–licensed wine retailer and may ship or deliver wine only within New York State. Orders with delivery addresses outside New York cannot be accepted. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.=

Local Delivery – Nassau County

We offer same-day delivery throughout Nassau County, New York, Monday through Saturday.

Order deadline: Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. ET are eligible for same-day delivery.

Delivery window: Deliveries are typically completed between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Adult signature required: State law requires that someone 21 or older be present to receive the order.

Delivery fee: Calculated at checkout based on distance and order size.

Free local delivery: Orders of $300 or more qualify for free delivery within Nassau County, and some other nearby locations.

Statewide Shipping (New York Only)

For customers outside Nassau County but within New York State, wine orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Service.

Adult (21+) signature required upon delivery.

Processing time: Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.

Transit time: 2–3 business days after shipment.

Weather protection: During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold shipments to protect your wine and will notify you before doing so.

Shipping Charges:

Orders under $300: Shipping is a flare rate of $25.

Orders $300 and above: Free shipping to a single New York address.

Delivery Attempts & Returns

FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package. Re-delivery or reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Legal Notice

Title to all goods passes to the buyer in New York State at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that the recipient of the shipment or delivery is also 21 years of age.
