Tasting Notes: Warm, sweet oak, Tobacco, aged oolong tea and orange zest. As the glass sits notes of maple and bright cherry begin to develop. The palate has the same wonderful fruit and brightness from the nose. Blackberry, Bischoff cookies, and honeysuckle. The oak is integrated nicely as it amplifies the sweet and slightly herbal notes. The finish is long! Honeydew, pipe tobacco and black tea linger for minutes after the sip. Rich and delicious this pour closes out with a bang!

About: This is the final hurrah (for now) for the Seelbach's 15-year. As we close out 2025, this still stands as the best bottle we've produced. But, what is a great performance without an encore?
