We were hesitant to continue this product after its initial release, but we were
pleasantly surprised by the overwhelming positive feedback and your desire
for more non-traditional blends. In response, we’re thrilled to announce our
latest KY Straight Whiskey Limited Release, which we hope you’ll enjoy as
much as the first one, but with a unique twist! This time, we’ve blended 6+
year Kentucky wheated bourbon with 6 - 8 year Kentucky light whiskey to
create a syrupy, sweet, and dessert-like profile that many of you have been
craving.

Nose: Starting with the nose, you’ll be greeted by decadent dessert notes.
These include the delightful flavors of a baked graham cracker pie crust,
powdered sugar, cake batter, and caramel drizzle. The aroma is followed by
toasted brown sugar, light baking spice, and sweet cream frosting that evokes
the scent of a cozy bakery on the corner.

Taste: Upon taking a sip, you’ll be greeted by a harmonious blend of sweet
oak with subtle tannins and a hefty mouthfeel, followed by the delightful
aroma of brown butter and cinnamon sugar. The experience is further
enhanced by the refreshing taste of freshly fried doughnut with a delectable
vanilla glaze. As the flavors unfold, butterscotch, dried cherries, and a touch of
orange bitters emerge, creating a symphony of taste that lingers on your
palate, reminiscent of a classic sweet old fashioned.
