About Mal Bien's Lucio & Oscar Morales Garcia

Oscar Morales Garcia represents the fourth generation mezcaleros from both his mother and father’s sides of the family. Using a recipe developed by his late father Don Lucio Morales López, Oscar produces a beautiful, easy-drinking mezcal that is true to San Dionisio Ocotepec and its traditions.

Produced by Lucio Morales until his death in 2021, the tradition is continued by Lucio's son Oscar Morales and his cousins, who represent the 4th generation mezcaleros in the family.
