Extra Mature - this was the last field of 8-year-old agave in all of Jesus María. Extremely high sugar content.
Extra Madera - 30% of this Lot was fermented in the wooden tinas. Normally there is no wood fermentation used for the high proof. It’s a special batch.
Bottled at 54% ABV, this high proof blanco is chock full of minerality and herbaceousness and is best if left to rest for a few minutes before sipping
