Aging wine is becoming a forgotten art as we have shifted into an age of consumption, but a well aged wine can offer a transcendent moment in life. Not only a moment of remarkable pleasure, but one drenched in history, nature, and human aspiration; a moment where we enjoy the fruits of our ancestors' labors, and their look to posterity. To sit with a well aged wine decades after a harvest is a rarity for most, and this class is a chance to experience that, and to understand what all that time in the bottle does to the wine.

Join us as we taste through 8 wines (4 pairings). Each pair, will be two of the same wine, but different vintages, with the smallest age gap being well over a decade, and the largest nearly 4 decades.
