We often talk about balance in wine, but what is often overlooked is that some wine was never meant to be consumed on its own. It might be enjoyable on its own, but it only shows its true colors with particular food. And for this class, we will explore some wines with my favorite food; PIZZA! Wines will be paired with pizza from 3 different pizzerias!
