Educational Tasting: Four Roses & The Legendary Limited Edition Small Batch! (730PM, Friday Feb 6th, 2026)

Four Roses is what I would call one of my big 5, along with Heaven Hill, Wild Turkey, Buffalo Trace, and Jim Beam. These 5 are some of the most important distilleries in Bourbon, and American Whiskey, producing large amounts making it available to everyone, while also producing some of the most iconic bottlings around.

But while the other 4 have many brands under their umbrellas, Four Roses is all Four Roses. 

Each year they release a Limited Edition Small Batch Bourbon, from a blend of several of there 10 recipes, and each year it is among the most collectible, and remarkable Bourbons of that year. We'll get a chance to taste the 2025 release along with some other unique bottlings, while learning about their style, and their 10 recipes.

The class will also include some particularly chosen nosh for pairing.
