Join us as we dive into a bit of America's native spirit: Bourbon!
Bourbon has been riding a roller coaster for decades, with historic distilleries closing in the 80s and 90s due to the public's lack of interest, to numerous distillers and bottlers emerging over the past 15 years as interest once again soared. With the resurgence, the number of different Bourbons on the market has skyrocketed, some great, some mediocre at best.
We'll dive into some of the challenges of modern Bourbon, and how some of the top up-and-coming producers are tackling them.
Light snacks will be served, but it is advised to have a more formal dinner prior.
