Educational Tasting: Benchmark Wineries: 7plus wines, (7PM, Saturday May 10th, 2025)
Join us as we explore benchmark wineries that not only make wines that are among the very top of their class, but also that demonstrate what we call 'typicity'. These wines represent both the grape variety, and the terroir in which the grape was grown. These are role model wineries in their respective regions!
We'll explore 7 wineries, scattered among 7 different winemaking regions. And if we hit 8 attendes there are 2 bonus wines that will leave us breathless.
The class includes light appetizers.
The Village Wine Merchant is pleased to offer same day delivery in Nassau County for orders placed by 7PM Tuesday through Saturdays and 4PM on Sundays. Orders placed when shop is closed (including Monday) will be delivered the following day. We do not ship Wine or spirits.
Delivery requires signature of a recipient 21 years or older with valid ID.
Zone 1 - $10: Sea Cliff, Glen Cove, Glen Head, Greenvale
Zone 2 - $20: north of Long Island Expressway (other than Zone 1)
Zone 3 - $40: south of Long Island Expressway
