Chaparral calls to mind the dry, sage-covere hills that rise from teh coast. Made in teh tradition of alpine liqueurs from Italy and France, and inspired by 19th Century medicinal yerba santa tinctures. A bracing digestif and an exceptional cokctail ingredient.
Primary Ingredients: Yerba santa, anise, mint, cardamom, California bay, taragon, cloves.
Tasting notes: Green tea, bay, and mint on the nose. Warm and bright at front. Warm green and yellow herbs, cinnamon, shifting into anise. Cardamom blooms late. Big mint notes in finish - surprisingly refreshing.
