About BAKER'S
Baker's Bourbon was named in honor of Baker Beam -- grand-nephew of Jim Beam, a tenured distiller who worked at the Jim Beam Distillery for over three decades, and cousin to Booker Noe, our 6th generation distiller. Baker's Bourbon is made different through its unique aging process and distinct flavor profile. Aged for a minimum of seven years and bottling at 107 proof, it is celebrated for its individuality just like the man himself. Baker's Single Barrel Bourbon has become a favorite among connoisseurs who appreciate rare and distinct high-quality spirits.
