100% Verdejo.
Aromas of lemon-lime, peach and orange blossom pave the way for avors of lemon tart, toasted pineapple, fennel pollen, vanilla bean and rose petal. Notes of anise and orange zest endure on the taste buds.
While aging varies based on vintage, Las Suertes is always aged on the lees with battonage for a minimum of 7 months in French oak puncheons and demi-muids (500-600 L barrels, respectively).
