Product Details
100% estate-grown fruit from Rutherford. 100% certified organic and dry-farmed fruit. Made in a restrained style inspired by the early Cabernets of Napa Valley from the 50s and 60s. Aged 20 months in French oak.
Deep, cassis-currant aromas, classic notes of ‘Rutherford Dust,’ and earthen flavors of cedar and black olive. Plush across the palate with velvety tannins balanced by bright acidity and firm structure that hints at promising years to come.
Pairs well with traditional pairings of beef and lamb will complement this elegant Cabernet. On a lighter note, thinly veined blue cheeses such as Cambozola with charcuterie would be a great way to start or end an evening.
