2019 Gulfi neroBufaleffj

When it comes to Nero d'Avola, Gulfi is a winery that is second to none, not only making one of the best Nero d'Avola each vintage with their neroBufaleffj, but making 4 of the best with their other 3 contradas (neroSanlore, neroMaccarj, neroBaronj). Each showcasing the unique terroirs from different soils, but nearly identical altitudes and locations.

neroBufaleffj is the extrovert. Explosive fruit that ranges from black, to red, and even to citrus due to the brightening acidity that not only keeps these wines fresh, and great for pairing with an array of food, but also helps make them ageworthy. 

Few wines taste this good upon release, and then still even better a decade or so later.
