100% Timorasso from the legendary Walter Massa in Colli Tortonesi, Piedmont
Wonderfully complex. The nose shows dried herbs, petrol, a touch of granny smith apple and lemon peel. The palate enters with granny smith apple alongside a slew of citrus, a bit of peach and apricot, some light ginger spice, and salinity. The herbal side is not nonexistent on the palate, but takes the backseat to the array of other flavors. This can be consumed in the low 50s, or high 60s, and it is fantastic either way. Consume through 2024
