Equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot from a single parcel near Castelnuovo Berardenga. This "Super Tuscan" shows restraint and elegance, with ripe, dried fruits and sweet spices. Aged in tonneau and bottle. “Do Ut Des” it translates to “ I give that you might give”, and this gives very nicely. Try with grilled red meats. Organic
