Gravel clay of calcaire.
Vinification in small thermoregulated stainless steel vats batch by batch and grape varieties by grape variety. 6 small inverted conical tanks of 78hl and 98hl to allow to be close to parcel realities of the land.
Aging on fine lees, 100% in French oak barrels for a period of up to 16 months- 40% new barrels 60% one wine barrels.
