Domaine Filliatreau Saumur, Chateau Fouquet 2021
Château Fouquet is a lieu-dit (single vineyard) in the village of Brézé 10 kilometers east of Saumur and just outside of the Saumur-Champigny AOC. 100% Cabernet Franc, biodynamic. The bunches are manually harvested, destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tank. Maceration lasts about 25 days. The wine is aged in used barriques and steel tanks for 18 months.
The Village Wine Merchant is pleased to offer same day delivery in Nassau County for orders placed by 7PM Tuesday through Saturdays and 4PM on Sundays. Orders placed when shop is closed (including Monday) will be delivered the following day. We do not ship wine or spirits.
Delivery requires signature of a recipient 21 years or older with valid ID.
