And the quality is remarkably high if you know where to look!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOn top of that, we'll be tasting the incredibly special 2002 Estate Argyros Santorini Vinsanto Late Release. This wine is made from vines averaging over 70 years of age, while some of the vines are over 200 years old! The grapes are left on the vines for a late harvest about 1 month after the main harvest, and then left to sun-dry for another 14 days before sponteanous fermentation.
