Champagne Alexandre Bonnet, Brut Cuvee Grande Reserve NV
From the southern part of Champagne in the Aube, near Burgundy. This wine shows bright red stone fruits and a mineral finish. 80% Pinot Noir with the remainder Chardonnay. Grown on Kimmeridgian solis, aged 3+ years on the lees with some reserve wine added in. Dosage is 9g/l.
