The allure of the color pink for the fairer sex is well known, especially at the tender age of 3. Painting the winery pink just wasn’t enough. Was there a red wine? Yes. A white one? Yes. Well, then there had to be a pink one too! And the extraordinary versatility of Nerello, I soon discovered, was exactly what was needed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNot an easy wine to make. In fact, quite the opposite: balance must be sought with the utmost delicacy.
