The grapes were fermented in September in concrete vats with a\u003cbr\u003etemperature range of 27 and 29 degrees Celsius. The wines were blended in February 2023 and then\u003cbr\u003erested in the vats until being bottled during the summer of 2023.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting Notes \u003c\/strong\u003e- A bright, vibrant ruby colour; the 2022 vintage is bursting with rich fruits. A traditional Musar Jeune nose with dark cherries and berries, it is all at once juicy and fresh with pomegranate, cranberries and\u003cbr\u003eherbal scents of violet and thyme.
