Springbrook Hollow has been a source of water for centuries. The original wooden pipelines that delivered the precious water to the farmers are on display in their tasting room. This clean, unprocessed water gives the spirits a unique flavor that cannot be replicated. All spirits are handmade, rich and full-bodied.
The Village Wine Merchant is pleased to offer same day delivery in Nassau County for orders placed by 7PM Tuesday through Saturdays and 4PM on Sundays. Orders placed when shop is closed (including Monday) will be delivered the following day. We do not ship Wine or spirits.
Delivery requires signature of a recipient 21 years or older with valid ID.
