Palate: Silky and creamy on the palate with notes of spiced apple pie, vanilla fudge, smooth oak, and pineapple baked with mulled spices. Finish: Complex, fruity, and slightly spiced.

Scapa is crafted by a small team of 5 dedicated artisans and a Master Distiller, using traditional methods perfected over generations. One of the last remaining manually operated distilleries, manned 24 hours a day. Our crew work in successive shifts which means each shoulders the honour of delivering a consistently smooth, creamy sweet single malt on his own. Trust is a word they do not take lightly. The Village Wine Merchant is pleased to offer same day delivery in Nassau County for orders placed by 7PM Tuesday through Saturdays and 4PM on Sundays. Orders placed when shop is closed (including Monday) will be delivered the following day. We do not ship Wine or spirits.

Delivery requires signature of a recipient 21 years or older with valid ID.
